This engaging and interactive session is designed for emerging professionals looking to grow their leadership capabilities in today’s increasingly collaborative project delivery environments.

Through hands-on exercises and guided reflection, participants will explore their personal leadership style, enhance their ability to lead across disciplines, and develop practical strategies to influence project outcomes and team dynamics. About Your Speakers

Sophie Gimblett

Collaborative Coaching, The Coaching Studio 

Sophie has led major projects across sectors including government, technology, consumer packaged goods, and tourism. With a Master’s in International Business, Sophie brings a global perspective from her background in project management, leadership development, and organizational consulting. She has supported large-scale assessment and succession planning initiatives and previously led operations for the world’s largest mountain bike festival. Sophie hails from Rotorua, New Zealand, and now calls North Vancouver home.

Lyndsey Dyer

Executive Vice President, The Coaching Studio

The Coaching Studio is a Vancouver-based, award-winning coaching and leadership development firm. Lyndsay has designed and led leadership programs for executives and project teams across sectors, helping organizations build culture, clarity, and capacity. Previously, she scaled Clio from 150 to 900 employees and $15M to $100M in revenue. She also led talent functions at DigitalOcean, completed a fellowship in Ghana with Engineers Without Borders, and held consulting roles at KPMG. Lyndsey holds advanced degrees in Communication and Political Studies and enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and two sons in Deep Cove.
